Feedback from patients

“In September 1996, I contracted sudden onset Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), also referred to as myalgic encephalomyelitis. I woke up one morning believing I had a severe flu, only to have the symptoms persist for several months. My main symptoms were debilitating fatigue, dizziness, headaches, joint pain, inability to focus, confusion, nausea and food sensitivities.  Since the illness is largely misunderstood, I saw several doctors before finding Dr. Armstrong. She was very familiar with the illness and was instrumental in my recovery. I am very grateful to Dr. Armstrong for many things. She fully understood the illness and took the time to listen. Her calmness and sincerity in trying to help her patients is truly inspirational. It is my firm belief that Dr. Armstrong was instrumental in putting me on the road to recovery and the full life I lead now.” – Patient

“I suffered from severe diarrhea, seasonal allergies, increasing environmental sensitivities, unexplained infertility, severe PMS, insomnia, depressed immune system, and exhaustion. Main stream medicine had labelled me as “depressed,” and treatment was several different anti-depressants that did not work. I have now been under Dr. Armstrong’s care for approximately 1.5 years. She has been able to identify and treat the specific health issues that had otherwise gone undetected. Under Dr. Armstrong’s diligent care I have been able to gradually regain my health. I am delighted to say that I am feeling better today than I have in years. I have resumed many of my hobbies and am once again entertaining family and friends. Life is good!” - Patient

"Shortly after moving into my mother-in-laws home I woke up one morning with severe pain in almost every joint in my body. Although I didn't know it at the time, I was experiencing a severe rheumatoid arthritis flare-up. The frightening times were when I was so stiff that I had difficulty walking even short distances. I was afraid that, because of the rapid onset of this disease, I would soon be unable to be active or even mobile and would probably end up in a wheel chair. I tried many types of treatments including acupuncture, naturopathic medicine and conventional drugs. I would find some relief but it was not lasting. One day, during a visit to the library I came across a book called "The New Arthritis Cure." It described a method of treatment called antibiotic therapy that had been successfully used by a doctor in the US. Through my research I discovered Dr. Armstrong provided this type of treatment. I began antibiotic therapy for my rheumatoid arthritis in the spring of 2000. It was not an immediate cure but I slowly but surely saw results and began to recover. Dr. Armstrong also tested and treated me for allergies as well as prescribed IV and oral antibiotics. In addition, I received anti-inflammatory drugs. Dr. Armstrong always stressed the importance of diet, exercise, lifestyle and rest. As I said earlier, this is a long process but it works! One has to be patient and not give up or get discouraged. I am delighted to say my arthritis is in remission and I am enjoying a normal life again. My wife and I are retired and we spend our winters in Florida and play golf almost every day and always walk the golf course. I no longer take anti-inflammatory drugs as I used to. I wish to express my thanks and gratitude to Dr. Armstrong, you gave me back the most precious thing a person can have, HEALTH." - Patient
